Tucked away on the picture-perfect Weston Park estate, Charlotte’s Folly is a romantic retreat with all the charm of an English fairytale. Working alongside the wonderfully talented designer Emma Ainscough, we were invited to help bring her imaginative, Alice-in-Wonderland-inspired vision to life. Our team crafted made-to-measure curtains, blinds and soft furnishings that elevate every room with character, texture and gentle warmth.
A Tented Dreamscape for Rest and Retreat

One of the most magical elements of the project is the tented ceiling bed nook — a soft, enveloping canopy structure that transforms the sleeping space into something whimsical and cocooning. Using carefully selected fabrics and tailored drapery techniques, we created movement, volume and flow, bringing Emma’s concept to life with precision and artistry. The result? A bedroom that feels intimate, playful and undeniably enchanting.

Throughout the cottage, our bespoke curtains and blinds frame the windows beautifully, enhancing the Tudor leadwork and drawing natural light deeper into each room. Soft furnishings — from scatter cushions to subtle trims — add depth and personality without overwhelming the space. Every piece was handmade to balance comfort, function and the delightful sense of nostalgia that defines this special property.
