If an item is faulty or damaged, we will repair or replace it within a reasonable timeframe.
Fabric shades may vary slightly from samples; this is not considered a fault.
Ready-made or display items are sold as-seen unless otherwise stated.
Any refund, where applicable, will be made using the original payment method.
