Working with us

  • Full interior design plus made-to-measure curtains and blinds, upholstery and reupholstery, bespoke sofas & furniture, and wallpaper & paint consultancy—all designed, measured and professionally installed.

  • We’re in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. Visit our Design Studio, 13 St Mary’s Street, SY1 1EQ (Tues–Fri, 9–5) and our Sofa Studio on Wyle Cop (Tues–Sat, 10–5). We work across Shrewsbury, Shropshire and neighbouring counties.

  • Book a free showroom consultation or an in-home visit. We’ll listen, measure and shape a clear brief, then send a tailored proposal.

  • Yes—anything from one room to full-home schemes and phased projects.

  • Yes. We can coordinate trusted decorators, fitters and makers, then deliver, fit and dress for a seamless finish.

    • Curtains/blinds: 4–8 weeks (fabric dependent)

    • Upholstery/reupholstery: 4–10 weeks

    • Bespoke sofas & furniture: 8–12+ weeks
      We’ll confirm timings in your proposal.

Made-to-Measure Curtains & Blinds

  • Design advice, site measuring, fabric & lining guidance, headings/poles/tracks, in-house workroom making and professional fitting.

  • Yes—blackout, interlined, thermal, sheer and voile. We’ll recommend what suits your light, privacy and look.

  • Yes—quiet motorised options are available and can be integrated with smart controls.

  • We stock and source from leading houses including Zoffany, Sanderson, Morris & Co., James Hare, Colefax and Fowler, GP & J Baker and more, plus independents.

  • Absolutely—decorative poles, discreet tracks, bay solutions and ceiling-fix systems, specified and fitted.

Upholstery & Bespoke Sofas/Furniture

  • Yes. We design and manufacture bespoke sofas and armchairs (custom widths, depths, seat heights) plus ottomans, headboards and built pieces—crafted with hardwood frames and premium fillings.

  • We do. We can repair frames and springs, refresh fillings and recover in new fabrics to extend the life of loved furniture.

  • Feather, feather-wrap, fibre and high-resilience foam (and blends). We’ll recommend comfort tailored to how you live.

Samples, Showrooms & Ordering

  • Yes—take fabric and wallpaper memo samples home to test in your light.

  • Approve your proposal and drawings, pay the stated deposit, and we book your make and fitting slots.

  • Because they’re made just for you, custom items are non-returnable once materials are cut. We’ll remedy any workmanship issues under guarantee.

Pricing, Payment & Aftercare

  • You’ll receive a transparent, itemised proposal covering design, materials, making and installation. No surprises.

  • Custom work typically requires a 75% deposit to begin; the balance is due prior to delivery/installation (your proposal will confirm).

  • Yes—our workmanship is guaranteed. Fabric and mechanism warranties follow the manufacturer’s terms. We also provide care guidance.

Delivery & Installation

  • Yes—our team handles delivery, professional fitting and finishing touches, tidying as we go.

  • Ensure access is clear and any building work is complete. We’ll bring everything else.

  • Yes. We deliver nationwide and can arrange international shipping on request. Delivery times vary depending on the product and location.

  • Absolutely. Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to agree a convenient delivery time that suits your schedule.

  • Please let us know within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or repair and handle the courier claim for you.

Accessibility & Home Visits

  • Yes—home consultations are available across the U.K.

  • Our showroom entrance and layout are fully accessible. If you require assistance, please call ahead and we’ll be happy to help.

  • Absolutely. We can supply large-print PDFs and easy-read versions of quotes, moodboards and care guides on request.

  • We can reduce music, adjust lighting and schedule quieter appointment times. Tell us what you need and we’ll arrange it.
