Introduction
Interiors at St Mary’s (trading as Interiors at St Mary’s, 13 St Mary’s Street, Shrewsbury SY1 1EQ).
Applies to all services and made-to-measure goods.
Our Services
Interior design, made-to-measure curtains/blinds, upholstery, bespoke furniture, wallpaper and paint consultancy.
Projects may include site visits, proposals, and supply of custom-made goods.
Orders & Quotations
Quotes valid for 30 days.
Work commences upon written approval and deposit.
Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Items
Non-refundable once production begins.
Colour and texture variation may occur due to fabric batches, natural materials, and lighting.
Payments
50% deposit on order; balance payable before delivery or installation.
Payments accepted by bank transfer, card or invoice link.
Lead Times & Delivery
Indicative lead times only; may vary by supplier.
Delays caused by suppliers or site access are not the responsibility of Interiors at St Mary’s.
Installation & Site Conditions
Client responsible for ensuring access, site readiness and clear working areas.
Any remedial work or return visits due to site readiness are chargeable.
Cancellations & Refunds
Custom orders are non-cancellable once materials are ordered.
Defective goods will be repaired or replaced in line with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Guarantee & Aftercare
Workmanship guaranteed for 12 months.
Fabric/mechanism warranties per manufacturer.
Intellectual Property
All design drawings, layouts and mood boards remain the property of Interiors at St Mary’s unless otherwise agreed.
Liability
Interiors at St Mary’s is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from project delays or product defects.
Governing Law
Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
